Return and exchange
Karma Koncept respects your right to change your mind, so yes, you can exchange!
We doing our best to be efficient and accuratein our logistic, but if by some reason you need to make exchange, return or cancel your order, please follow the procedure by sharing your details listed below to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you at the earliest.

- a description of the issue you are facing and what you like
- clear images of the product in case of damaged or incorrect product received
- In any case, customer is responsible of a proper packaging for the return product providing transport documents to track the package from our side.
- Exchange of products can be initiated only after providing the details mentioned above and receiving approval from Karma Koncept by e-mail.
- Product can be exchanged with same product in different colour or size, another product of same value, or a more expensive one. Difference in price should be paid before shipment.
- Delivery charges are paid by customer in full amount (return and new shipment)
- Customers are free to ask any questions and require additional information about any product (size, detailed pictures, measurements etc.) to prevent any confusion before shipment is done.
- Return can be initiated only after customer provides the details mentioned above and receives the approval from Karma Koncept by e-mail.
- Return delivery charges are paid by customer in case the reason of return is not caused by Karma Koncept.
- In case the package was damaged by transporter,Karma Koncept strongly recommend to open a parcel in front of delivery courier or at the point of delivery and if any damage to the product is found - not to accept the parcel. If client accepts the parcel with a damage – return delivery charges will be fully paid by customer as it can’t be considered as insurance case.
- In case Karma Koncept sent a wrong item or defective product, return and new delivery will be fully paid by Karma Koncept and will be free for the customer. Procedure will be detailed to the customer by e-mail.
- Customer has to be careful in choosing size in clothes and jewellery as it will not be accepted as a reason for return as all measurements and description are mentioned on Karma Koncept website. Customers are free to ask any questions and require additional information about any product (size, detailed pictures, measurements etc.) to prevent any confusion before shipment is done.
- Cancellation can only occur if the order has not been shipped yet.
- Karma Koncept request customers to inform about any cancellations at the earliest via email on email@example.com or by phone +91 6377645275
- If the shipment has been dispatched and the customer still wish to proceed with the cancellation request, the shipping charges for dispatch and return will both be deducted from the refund amount.
